Our work is characteristic of Sonia Delaunay's early mature period, in which chromatic rhythms and values compose concentric circles. Following her interpretation of the law of simultaneous color contrast and her contribution to the relationship between complementarity and dissonance, Delaunay reveals the silhouette of circles and interposes black segments of various renderings.

In a chromatic dance, red and green curves echo each other, while blue traces energetically punctuate the composition's dynamics. The subtle nuances of primary colors blend harmoniously with the delicacy of hatching and squaring, magnified by the mastery of etching. Beneath the continuous line, a rotational movement takes shape, seemingly defying infinity and lending the whole a hypnotic, captivating dimension.
